William’s first birthday was the occasion for my family photo session with Lindsay and Ryan. Even though it was April and supposed to be warm and pretty, we had yet another day of snowflakes and cold weather. But we didn’t care – we stayed inside where it was warm and where they romped on the bed and played and had tickle parties.
Overbrook Ravine was the setting again for our photo session with Kate and Peter and their adorably precocious sons, Hudson and Oakley. It had been a few years since I’d seen them and they had grown so much! Including Oakley’s hair, which is beautiful and curly, and about to be cut off, so this session was an homage to his lovely locks. We had a great time, as usual, and the kids were super entertaining and interested in connecting with nature. Have a look.
Rebecca and Jay picked what happened to be the warmest, most beautiful day in October to be married at St. Mark’s Episcopal in Upper Arlington, followed by a reception at the Amelita Mirolo Barn. They came to me as a referral from the parents of two of my other wedding clients, and I couldn’t have been more honored to be entrusted with making pictures for them. It was a great fun day, with lots of laughter, surrounded by loving family and friends. Have a look.
