Sarah and Matt – maternity session

The Real Life Forever portrait program I offer all my wedding clients has again provided me with a lovely opportunity to see and photograph some of my favorite people I’ve worked with. Six years ago, I photographed Sarah and Matt’s wedding, and a couple weeks ago I photographed them on the cusp of celebrating the birth of their first child. I can’t wait to meet their new little one and make more photographs to add to their family history.

When my dear friend Melissa said she’d be in town and wanted me to photograph her new little family, I said yes without hesitation. I always look forward to seeing Melissa, but I couldn’t wait to meet Tilly. Let’s just say, Tilly did not disappoint! What a sweet and adorably expressive little baby! Have a look.

Few things are more fun for me as a wedding photographer than to be given the opportunity to photograph the friends of my wonderful clients. It is so much fun to not only see my clients again at their friends’ weddings but to see all their friends again. It’s like old home week whenever it happens and I’m very grateful.

Such was the case with Jen and Matt, who were married a couple weeks back and who are friends with Melissa and Phil. Jen and Matt are so much fun and I was delighted that they were up for about anything, including stopping at Jeni’s so they could eat their way through the ice cream case right before dinner. Apologies to all the patient folks in line behind them who had to wait while Jen and Matt were treated to a taste of every flavor available.
