Katherine, Chris and James – Real Life Forever portraits

As I’ve said before, the Real Life Forever portrait program is one of the best things I’ve come up with, getting to see my clients yearly after their weddings to hang out and update pictures.  On the one nice day we had during the week of Thanksgiving, I got together with Katherine, her husband Chris and her brother James and we did just that.  It was a blast, of course, as it always is seeing them.  We hit up the neighborhood church grounds, which are lovely and practically void of others.

Alison, Brian, Joseph and Annie – a family portrait session

I’ve said it before, but I always mean it – there is no more flattering request of a photographer than to be asked to photograph the family of a fellow photographer.  Alison and I had been talking about their portrait session since, oh, March I guess it was, when we saw each other at Cakes for a Cause.  So, on the spur of the moment, we met up in downtown Worthington, wandered around a little bit in the warm sunshine, and then hit the park so the kids could be entertained.  Entertainment that included a boatload of leaves, all in a pile, just waiting for them.  Poor Alison, she ended up wearing most of them!

Thanks, Alison and Brian, for introducing me to your adorable crew!

Very classic. I so love the style of your pictures. Specially the black and white effects, it really fit what’s in the picture. Amazing!

Laura Stuckey’s 2nd Annual Spooktacular at Studio 35

I was invited to attend/photograph the fabulous Spooktacular – a client appreciation party thrown by my new friend and realtor extraordinaire, Laura Stuckey (of Real Living HER).  What a great way to show Laura’s clients how much they mean to her!  There was popcorn, pizza and soft drinks, goodie bags, a raffle for gift cards and other prizes, and a private showing of Beetlejuice at Studio 35.  It was a super party, and here’s some proof.
