Melissa, Steven and big brother Spencer welcomed baby Owen a month early, while simultaneously moving into their very first home. Needless to say, that made for a busy week. Now that the dust is settling, I went over to see the new digs and make some photographs of my niece’s growing family.
I’m very very excited to participate in the LOVE BIG – LGBT Wedding and Ceremony Expo, sponsored by Outlook Magazine and Two Caterers, on Sunday, March 30 (this weekend!) at the High Line Car House, 550 S. High St. It promises to be a lovely event filled with LGBT-friendly vendors, a mimosa bar and food by the incomparable Sweet Carrot food truck. I was very excited to be asked back to photograph the Spagio Dishes Up the Stars event, this year benefiting The James Cancer Center at The Ohio State University. It was a bone-chilling evening, but that didn’t keep the crowds from showing up to not only nosh the delectables made by notable chefs from around the country but to bid on fabulous items all to the benefit of The James.
