What’s more fun than a birthday party and surprise anniversary party at a bowling alley?? I can’t think of many things! Ryan was having a super hero-themed party and Grandma and Grandpa came from out of town to help celebrate his turning four. What Grandma and Grandpa didn’t know was that their sons and their families would be coming in to help surprise THEM for their 40th anniversary! And surprised they were! It was a great party, full of love and laughter, cake and balloons, Captain America and, of course, bowling. Have a look.

It’s that time of year, boys and girls! Time for talented fashion design students from CCAD to create runway-ready garments from hundreds and hundreds of condoms for Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio’s fabulous annual fundraiser. Considering the political climate (I mean, when is it ever favorable really?), raising funds for women’s healthcare is more important than ever. And the design students delivered in spades this year with beautiful and creative outfits. The event was packed with excited guests as well, who enjoyed not only the runway show but the Shadowbox Theater band.

One benefit I offer to all my wedding clients is complimentary photo sessions after the wedding. So, as in the case of Erin and Luke, when you have family in from out of town for the holidays, what better time to utilize your complimentary session?

I hadn’t seen Erin and Luke since the wedding, so I was very happy to hear from Erin about stopping by their new home to make some family portraits for everyone while Luke’s family was in town. We had four generations together! This is why I do this!
