Happy Anniversary, Jill and Tim!

Today marks the one-year anniversary for Jill and Tim who were married at North Broadway United Methodist Church in Clintonville. Their reception was at Taylor Mansion, but not before stopping and sneaking into OSU Stadium for a quick picture before being kicked out!! Here are a few images to commemorate their anniversary!

Happy Anniversary, Jill and Tim!

I heart NY

Well, here’s something I don’t ordinarily do. At the beginning of the week, my brother and I took a short roadtrip to New York to tour Yankee Stadium and see them play the Indians. I love NY but have never been to a Yankees game. It was very very fun and the tour was awesome. The shots of the game were taken from our seats, which were only 11 rows up from the field and just a little beyond first base. Unreal! We spent a little time wandering around the city, but mostly the trip centered around the Yankees since this is their last year in Yankee Stadium before it’s torn down. Couldn’t let the stadium go without recording some of it and seeing a game! Here are some shots from the trip:

This was taken from the press box during the tour.

Trinity Episcopal Church. Love the banners!

Wall Street

This is the church directly across the street from where the World Trade Center stood. Out front was a completely destroyed tree which actually saved the church from any damage whatsoever. Not one broken window, nothing. Amazing.

How many people does it take to water the dirt?

Don’t even ask me who these people are.

Souvenirs, anyone?

Didn’t turn out like we’d hoped, but it was fun anyway!

Laura and Mark

On Saturday, the nicest day for weather we’ve had for a while, I went to Laura and Mark’s house in German Village where we hung out for a while taking pictures of them and their dog Bogie. What a cutie Bogie is! He’s a Rhodesian Ridgeback and, even though he’s tall, he’s all puppy! From there, we walked around German Village and hit a few hot spots including Rooster’s and Schiller Park. And no spring engagement session would be complete without some Jeni’s ice cream, which was also a favorite of Megan and Elwood, Laura and Mark’s friends, whose wedding I’ll be photographing in August.

We had a great time hanging out and here are a few of the many images I loved from their session:
