Kate and Creig

October 18 was a beautiful day for a wedding and I was happy to spend the day with Kate and Creig and their wonderful families and friends. Kate and Creig were married at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Italian Village and their reception was at The Columbus Renaissance. Let’s look at some pictures!

The detail on Kate’s dress was absolutely gorgeous.

Kate’s famous cowboy boots.

The church was beautiful.

We headed to Goodale Park for some romantic portraits.

Then to the roof of The Renaissance.

Potted gerbera daisies were the placeholders.

I learned that no Baltes event is complete without square dancing!

These guys were a riot and this is actually pretty tame!

Congratulations, Kate and Creig!!

Melissa and Mike

Last week, I got to spend some time getting to know Melissa and Mike, whose wedding will be at North Bank Park next May. We hung out at Franklin Park Conservatory, then went to their neighborhood and even included their dog Mars, who was adorable and has a killer tail!! We all had a great time, which of course ended with Jeni’s Ice Cream! Thanks again, guys!!

Sara and Matt

It was a great week for engagement sessions and next up is Sara and Matt, who will be married next July. Although the weather wasn’t sunny, we had a great time wandering around the Short North and heading up to OSU. First, though, we stopped at Sara and Matt’s church, St. Francis of Assisi, where our timing was perfect for getting inside for a few quick shots in the sanctuary. Here are some of my many favorites from our session:
