Last weekend, Tracie and I got to shoot the beautiful Westin wedding of Brandy and Eric, who came to me through my most prolific referral source, Charley, whose wedding I photographed back in 2005. I met Brandy for the first time on the wedding day at Studio 33 downtown where she was having hair and make-up done, then it was on to The Westin for everything else. It was a great day and so much fun, so now onto the pictures!
The salon was filled with really interesting and beautiful original artwork.
Lots of touching moments throughout the day with Brandy and her mom, who was an absolute riot!
Brandy, checking out her little brother in his suit.
This doorway from the lounge at The Westin had the best light ever!
Tracie got this great shot of the toast.
The band Conspiracy played at the reception and they were loads of fun, even inviting the family to get up and sing along.
A nice big hug for Charley and her sister Ellie.
Congratulations, Brandy and Eric, and thanks so much for having us be part of your day!!
That is amazing work Karen. I love them all, but #1 and the bride's maids shielding the bride are my favorite.
