Thanks to my old pal, Melissa, I got to meet Tracie, Jeff and their adorable son, Phinn, who just celebrated his very first birthday. Phinn is such a cute little boy, and it’s obvious how much his parents love him.
A week ago today, I got to meet up with one of my favorite people, Blaire Blechinger, who is coordinator extraordinaire at The Blackwell on the OSU campus, just a stone’s throw from the ‘shoe. Not only did we share a fabulous lunch in The Blackwell’s yummy restaurant, but we spent some time making some pictures of Blaire for her new, soon-to-be-revealed venture into the interwebs. To say that Blaire is a delight and a wonderfully caring and thoughtful person would be to merely scratch the surface. If you’ve not worked with Blaire at The Blackwell, then you’re missing out! She is just superb.

Last week, I got to meet and photograph soon-to-be new parents Lesley and Matt, who are friends of my wedding/maternity/baby couple Michelle and Mike. Having a baby is a special time in a couple’s life together, and I’m always honored to be asked to record the time leading up to the baby’s arrival (well, and after the arrival, too!). Lesley and Matt (and their adorable Schnauzers, Bridgette and Isabella) were so sweet and wonderful to work with, and I’m so happy that Michelle and Mike sent them my way.
