I met Sue a few years back when she hired me to photograph an event for the National Forum on Disability Issues. Over the years since, we’d been chatting off and on about getting her family together for a portrait and we finally made that happen on the very last nice day of 2016, when it was almost 80 degrees one day and 35 the next. Timing is everything.
I met up with Sue and her sons and family and we walked through Iuka Park to make some fun photographs and, of course, play in the leaves, which the kids were more than happy to do (and even the adults!). Have a look.
