Kristin was the maid of honor in Melissa and Tom’s wedding, which I photographed way back in 2007, and I’ve seen Kristin at various events/parties I’ve photographed for Melissa over the years since then. When she contacted me about photographing her own wedding, I couldn’t have been happier. I met up with her and Joe and learned that they also work at a place where I worked a long time ago and that we know a lot of the same people. It was crazy, all the connections we had.
And their wedding plans were right up my alley. I always love it when my couples do something outside the ordinary. Kristin and Joe were having their ceremony and reception on Halloween at Everal Barn, catered by City Barbecue (my favorite!), and their main focus was that their guests have a wonderful time, which they did. There was an after-party at Old Bag of Nails in Westerville, complete with a photo booth with amazing masks, and some guests even showed up in costume.
It was a lovely wedding, filled with a lot of love and laughter. Let’s look at pictures, shall we?
