Bringing together the brightest and best chefs from around the country, Chef Hubert of Spagio creates a thrilling event centered around food and charity, with tours of Spagio's kitchen, delightful tasting menus served stove-side by the chefs themselves, and a silent auction with lovely items up for bid.
Being a food lover and a person who also loves to cook, the first time I had the opportunity to photograph this event I almost jumped out of my skin. Marrying my love of food with my love of photography was a dream come true! Plus, I got to taste some of the food and chat up the chefs before the guests arrived! Photographing master chefs and their assistants preparing these gorgeous dishes was simply wonderful.
