Unique Estate Wedding Photography
Nancy and Doug posing for a portrait in front of Nancy's parents' house. If you look closely, you can see that, just as I snapped this picture, Nancy's dad opened the front door. He's teeny tiny, but you can see him peeking out. Also, this photo puts me in mind of the old-timey photos you might find in a shoebox stashed in someone's attic or at an antique shop. I really like making this type of photo not only because of its importance to the immediate generation, but because of what it might mean to future generations, even people who don't know them. You never know who might end up coming upon this one day in 100 years! I know that when I find old photos of people I don't know it always makes me wonder about their lives and who they were. And, of course, if this is your grandma or great-grandma, you will naturally be looking at the style of clothing and hair and wondering who might live in that house, etc. I know I would.Keywords: outdoor wedding (83).
