{"id":3749,"date":"2014-10-23T22:47:59","date_gmt":"2014-10-24T02:47:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.karenevanspicturesblog.com\/?p=3749"},"modified":"2014-10-23T23:10:18","modified_gmt":"2014-10-24T03:10:18","slug":"osu-college-of-nursing-50th-reunion-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/karenevanspictures.com\/blog\/2014\/10\/23\/osu-college-of-nursing-50th-reunion-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"OSU College of Nursing 50th Reunion 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As in 2012, I was invited to photograph some of The Ohio State University College of Nursing&#8217;s 50th reunion festivities, this year starting with a donor appreciation wall dedication at the college and ending with a reception and the homecoming parade down High St. in front of the Wexner Center&#8217;s Mershon Auditorium. Being a lifelong Buckeye, getting to stand in the middle of the street photographing The Best Damn Band In The Land was a pretty heady experience. And, earlier, watching the reunion attendees interacting with the current nursing students who were dressed in period uniforms &#8211; seeing the attendees recognize uniforms they wore when they were fresh out of college and practicing &#8211; was a really nice touch.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3751\"
