for a Cause 2012 &#8211; Mid-Ohio Foodbank, Columbus Ohio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s that time of year again, when the city&#8217;s best bakers gather to auction off their delicious goodies to benefit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.midohiofoodbank.org\" target=\"_blank\">Mid-Ohio Foodbank<\/a>.\u00a0 The absolutely fabulous duo of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emilieduncan.com\" target=\"_blank\">Emilie Duncan<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blisseventsohio.com\" target=\"_blank\">Kasey Conyers<\/a> outdid themselves with the planning as did the bakers with their baking.\u00a0 The bar was definitely raised and the entries this year were phenomenal.\u00a0 Monica Day from NBC4 as emcee and auctioneer was wonderful and eked out every last dollar from the willing crowd.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.twocaterers.com\" target=\"_blank\">Two Caterers<\/a> introduced their new food truck, Sweet Carrot, which was a huge hit, and newcomers <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kittiescakes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kittie&#8217;s Cakes<\/a> won the Sweet Taste of Victory award.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all
